Low-E Housewrap® Thermal and Water-Resistive Barrier
The intent of this guide specification from the manufacturer is to assist the specifier in the correct specifying of the ESP Low-E Housewrap® for residential building types. ESP manufactures a complete line of both residential and commercial reflective insulation products.

Insulated House Wrap Exposure Guidelines
ESP Low-E Housewrap is not designed to be the external facade of a building and is not warranted for that use. It is recommended to install exterior cladding products as soon as possible to avoid potential damage to the product or structure related to external weather conditions.
If installed properly, ESP Low-E Housewrap can be left exposed for up to 90 days with no appreciable degradation. If it is anticipated that there will be prolonged exposure, the installer will be expected to make sure the ICC installation guidelines are followed as stated in our most current ESR report.

The intent of this guide specification from the manufacturer is to assist the specifier in the correct specifying of the ESP Low-E ThermaSheet® product for residential and commercial building types.
Insulated Roofing Underlayment Exposure Guidelines
ESP Low-E ThermaSheet® is not designed to be the external roofing material of a building and is therefore not warranted for this use. ESP recommends installing shingles, metal or other final roofing materials as soon as possible to avoid potential damage to the product or structure related to external weather conditions.
If installed properly, ESP Low-E ThermaSheet® can be left exposed for up to 90 days with no appreciable degradation. If it is anticipated to have prolonged exposure, the installer will be expected to make sure the ICC installation guidelines are followed as stated in our most current ESR report.
Installation Guidelines
Low-E SlabShield® is a combination vapor barrier, radon barrier and concrete slab insulation all in one. It is lightweight and easy to install. It is designed to be rolled out directly over any aggregate base and any thickness concrete slab can be poured directly over it.
This durable and flexible product is a unique combination of polyethylene foam laminated to both sides of a 99.4% pure aluminum sheet. It also features a built-in overlap joint system that helps make seaming and sealing a breeze.

Product Warranty
Effective on July 1st 2022, purchases of ESP Low-E® Reflective Insulation products are now covered by our 30 year limited warranty. The warranty begins on the date of purchase and protects against manufacturer defects. You can rest assured that prior to leaving any of our manufacturing plants or distribution facilities the product you have purchased has been inspected multiple times to make sure it meets all factory specifications, is free from damage or defect, is packaged properly and has been readied for shipment in accordance with stringent company procedures.
